Manufactured SS316 throttle shafts to fit 48mm Bore RB26 Throttles

- RB26 throttle body shaft upgrade
- Bearing journal tolerance's to factory sizes
- To suit 48mm bore RB26 throttle bodies
- Cutouts to increase cross sectional area when at wide open throttle

This Kit Includes 3 Shafts
- 1x LH Shaft
- 2x RH shafts

Info
- Enlarging the throttle bores from 45mm bore size to 48mm gives a 13.7 percent increase in cross sectional area however when combined with our modified throttle shafts the flow bench test showed a 28% increase in airflow.

Stock throttle flowed 250cfm @ 28"
enlarged throttle with modified shafts flowed 320cfm & 28"

Calculation 320/250 = 1.28 = 28%

The throttle shaft modification also eliminates turbulence against the throttle blade behind the shaft. providing smoother flow over the shaft. this resulted in the enlarged throttles having the same airspeed at a given test vacuum
