Important notes! 
Repair of the existing holes MUST be done. 50% of the time these holes tear out with the screws due to age of the material. 

The new screw threads are very slightly smaller than OEM screws Threads to ensure that the holes are repaired before replacement for a nice snug fitting new bolt!
