Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
Returning Items
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at stefanetter@iee.nz or call +64 (0) 27 814 1387 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is for a change of mind and accepted by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
