  • 1 x Electric Throttle Motor Actuator Inc Shaft Support Upgrade & Pivot Lever ( Assembled )
  • 1 x Electric Throttle Motor Actuator Mounting Bracket & Fastner Kit
  • 2 x CNC Machined Aluminium & Electrical Discharge Machined Shaft Connectors
  • 1 x Throttle Position Sensor & Mounting Bracket, Drive-Key & Fastner Kit
  • 2 x TPS Plugs, Boots & Terminals
  • 1 x Adjustable Rod Linkage
  • 1 x All mounting hardware, Grub screws, Studs, Nuts and Bolts 
  • 1 x Self Weld Fitting Kit Used on Oem Style Brake & Clutch Vac Feed Hard Line
  • 1 x Dual 10mm Port Press in Balance Tube Fitting, Brake and Clutch Vac Feed Hard Line Supply Kit, Hoses and Clamps Included
  • 1 x Dual 1/8th Port Press in Balance Tube Fitting, BOV supply etc.

***Important Notes***

  • Additional DC Motor Driver is needed for users running HALTECH 2500, Link G4+ & G4X to supply enough amps to opertate the throttle motor. if you have incorrectly installed the kit and there is too much resistance in the rotating assembly and the ECU DBW Duty is going over 100% and into a fault mode during calibration you will need to strip down and correctly re assemble the throttles and connectors, if the ECU still has an error after the assembly has been double checked then it is possible the ECU is at its limit of operating the throttle with the AMP Supply capable from the brand ECU you are using. 
  • Our System correctly assembled generally operates around 4-5 Amps
  • For Users running the Factory Twin Turbo setup you may need to address the coolant tubes running to/from the turbos to have full circulation, our heater tube does not accomadate these small hoses. as an alternative you can plumb it back into the rear block fitting where the water supply to the Oil/Water Heat exchanger use to go.

  • ITB DBW Conversion System will not fit if your OEM Oil/Water Transfer Unit is still in place as the Electric motor comes in contact with the housing, Any other universal sandwich plates should be fine.
  • NO Patch Harness is supplied with the conversion kit.
  • This System uses 1 x Dual Sweep TPS
