Returning Items
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at stefanetter@iee.nz or call +64 (0) 27 814 1387 to
obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Send the package to:

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is for a change of mind and accepted by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
At IEE Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
1. Return Timeframe You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and documentation included.
- Securely packed for shipping.
3. How to Initiate a Return Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed
quickly:
- Contact Us: Email our team at stefanetter@iee.nz or call +64 (0) 27 814 1387 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM NZT) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
- Pack the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Label the Package: clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. IMPORTANT for International Customers: You must mark the customs declaration form as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" Failure to do so may result in import duties being charged to us, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, IEE Limited will cover the cost of return shipping. Please use a standard trackable shipping service. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the receipt.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in original condition within the 30-day window.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our Whakatane facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the goods.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Original Shipping Costs: Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the original cost of shipping the item to you is non-refundable.
7. Damaged Upon Arrival If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at stefanetter@iee.nz within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.
