Shipping Information


Where We Ship


We ship within New Zealand using NZ Post.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 3 working days.
  • Delivery Times:
    • NZ Standard: 1-3 working days
    • NZ Rural: Add 1 working days
    • International: 3-7 working days, depending on location

Note: Production time for 3D-printed parts is separate from shipping time. Any made-to-order or custom parts will show estimated production time before checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the box size and weight of your order.


Products We Ship

We ship a range of finished parts, including:

  • Aluminium, stainless steel, Carbon Steel, plastic, and titanium components
  • PETG and other filament-based 3D-printed parts
  • Resin 3D-printed parts made from Henkel Loctite materials (fully cured, solid products)


We also ship Henkel Loctite 3D printing resins (liquid resin bottles).

  • These are sent with all required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • International shipments include relevant details such as HS codes and any required documentation.


Tracking

All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link automatically once your delivery is marked as dispatched in our system.


Pickup

Pickup is available from our workshop:

94 Downard Road, Whakatāne 3191, New Zealand

Pickup hours: 0700 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, weekend collection is possible please email or call in advance to arrange collection time & day.


International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Some items (such as resins) may have specific handling requirements, but we will ensure all necessary paperwork is included for smooth processing.


Sending Us Your Parts (RB26 Intake Manifold Rebuilds)


For customers sending us parts (e.g., RB26 intake manifold rebuild):

  • You package your parts securely and provide box size, weight, and photos of all contents.
  • We generate the shipping label based on your details and location.
  • You then attach the label and ship the package directly to: IEE Ltd 94 Downard Road, Whakatāne 3191, New Zealand


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not show up, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
