Overview

Designed using 3D scan data to replicate the geometry of the factory ashtray unit, but with a flat face instead to accept the keypad unit, offering a clean, factory-fit interior look without requiring you to cut or permanently altering your original center console.

Key Features

  • OEM Fitment: Drops directly into the factory ash tray location using OEM retaining points.
  • 3D Printed: Using eSUN PETG filament, a UV-stable, heat-resistant plastic rated to 70°C (158°F) to handle high cabin and some! temperatures without warping or softening.
  • Can It Be Returned to Stock? Yes. The original factory part can be refitted at any time with no permanent modification required.

If you need this holder adapted for another brand or model of keypad, we can often make a simple version at no extra cost.

For basic keypad changes, please send us a technical drawing or dimensional drawing of the keypad so we can model the opening and mounting details correctly.

If you need something more custom, such as a combination of switches, sensors, displays, controllers, or a completely different layout, we can also help with that.

For larger custom designs, please contact us by email with as much information as possible, including:

  • The product you would like adapted

  • Technical drawings or datasheets for the components

  • Part numbers or model numbers

  • Preferred layout and orientation

  • Photos, sketches, or reference images where useful

  • Any other design requirements

We can then review the information and work out the best way to adapt the product.

Some keypad and holder combinations are added after customer requests, so we may not always have finished photos of every option listed in the drop-down menu.

Where final photos are not yet available, we can usually provide a CAD render showing the exact keypad and holder combination.

We are also working through the product range and adding finished photos for each combination as they become available.
