Designed for a Factory Feel & Perfect Pedal Fitment
Our adapted DBW pedals are designed in CAD to match the exact shape and geometry of your factory pedal rod. This ensures that, whether you’re using a plastic or metal pedal pad (the part that your foot rests on) sits exactly in the factory location - no extra modifications required.
We design a new pedal rod for each application using 3D Scan data of the factory pedal, then 3D print it in stainless steel and weld it onto our Universal DBW pedal unit The result is a bolt-in solution that not only retains your factory pedal pad position but also delivers the closest feel to a factory cable-throttle pedal. Customers consistently tell us that this is the only pedal that provides a natural, responsive feedback from the dual return spring unlike any other electronic throttle pedal solution. Due to the travel of the TPS on this pedal, the pedal rod may not hit the Factory plastic stopper on the firewall. We are working on a solution for this.
